Japanese Cooking, Washoku the UNESCO world heritage

Hi there! How are you doing? Hope you are doing good. Today I want to share my Japanese cooking with you all. Japanese cooking, or WASHOKU became UNESCO world heritage in 2013. We Japanese people eat very healthy and delicious Japanese cooking every day.

Cooked miso  soup with fugu fish and thinly fried tofu and green onion, egg role with dashi and salt, deep fried egg plant and simmered into soy sauce and vinegar and sugar and garlic and green onion sauce, cabbage salad with sesame dressing.

Simmered pork for 3 solid hours with soy sauce and white wine mirin and sugar, to get rid of the extra grease I boiled and baked the pork and put it into the fridge. It was so very delicious and I brought some to my parents. Marinated Egyptian mulukhiya and mushrooms with seasonings. Cooked miso soup with mushroooms and egg.

Grilled Hokke fish from Hokkaido. Tofu with dashi soy sauce. Cabbage salad with sesame dressing. Soup with seaweed and long white mushrooms and green onion and egg. Yes! So very healthy!

Cooking is so much fun and eating delicious food with your loved one is one of the best things in the world. Hope you enjoyed reading my blog! Sending out good vibrations to the world!
